Outside of the office, he fulfills his commitment to giving back to the community by serving on the board of directors of the United Way of Larimer County.

Stephen grew up in Texas and today lives in Fort Collins, Colorado, with his wife, Lacie, and their children, Lee and Aubrie. In his free time, he enjoys playing guitar, reading and spending time in the great outdoors. It often leads him into local waters to fish, and he is determined to visit every national park.
